Characters from Who Moved My Cheese?

12/18 Thank you for your good behavior yesterday while Mrs. Elmore was in class :)
Today's question: Which one of the characters from the book do you most resemble. I am sure that there will be instances where you act like each of the characters. However, perhaps there is one that you revert to most of the time. Give some examples. 
I think I resemble one of the mice because I usually try to keep thinks simple and I try not to overthink. I usually follow my instincts although sometimes I do act like the Littlepeople. I think everyone has both of those sides to themselves, some stronger than the other.

Future Plans

12/10 What is it that you really want out of life, a successful career, relationship, friends a pet? Be descriptive in your response the more details you give the better.
In the future, I hope to have a career that I love, hopefully using accounting or economics, and the opportunity to travel while I'm still young. Later on, I want to have a family and work but still have enough time at home to raise my kids. I also want to have a cavalier king charles spaniel, my favorite dog since I was little. I hope to keep in touch with my friends from school and stay close with my whole family. I don't want to live on Long Island but I hope I find somewhere I'll be happier and not too far from my friends and family.

Holiday Traditions

12/9 Holidays are upon us what special family traditions do you and your family do? Give details about the tradition and why it is special to you.
Usually on Christmas Eve, we celebrate at my dad's parents house and exchange gifts with that side of the family. That night when we go home, my parents always give my siblings and I new pajamas and new ornaments to put on the tree. The next morning, we open gifts under the tree and my dad videotapes everything. Then my mom's side of the family comes to our house to celebrate. My mom and my brother always cook and I always bake dessert.

Nelson Mandela

12/6 Nelson Mandela passed away yesterday at the age of 95. What did you know about him, his life and his impact on society?

Nelson was an anti-apartheid revolutionary for the people of South Africa. He served as president of the African National Congress from 1991 to 1997. He received a nobel peace prize and died yesterday at the age of 95.

Business Olympics

JQ 11/21 Last night was probably your last Business Olympics, let us know how it went, what you liked and what would you change. (Be positive in you comments please) If you did not attend or compete why?

My last business olympics was a good experience. West did much better this year than last year since there were more west groups in the final round. I thought the winning group was really good and deserved it.

• The term selfie has been recently added to Oxford dictionary and has been declared the word of the year. What are you thoughts on this do you agree with it being word of the year?

I think it's pretty funny that selfie has been added to the dictionary and I think terms like this should be put in the dictionary because of their relevance in our society today. I don't really take it seriously but I find it funny.

Business Olympics

JQ 11/19 Business Olympics is this Wednesday. What is your fondest memory of Business Olympics? How can you improve it. For those of you that have not done Business Olympics. What is the most influential event of your high school career. 
My fondest memory of Business Olympics is when I worked on the Smart Notebook with Matt, John, Kate, and Alex. We worked really hard and had a lot of fun with it. I think it brought us really close together and we were upset when we didn't make finals. I can improve it by working even harder and making it to finals.
